LUCAS WOODS

While I always played sports as a kid, my real journey to fitness began in high school. I took as many lifting classes as I could and eventually got my first gym membership. Over time, I began to realize how truly life-changing this routine had become. Exercise had helped me become more structured, more disciplined, and more secure with myself.

As a transgender person, feeling like you lack control over your body can be an overwhelming challenge. Fitness opened my eyes, allowing me to take control of how I look and how I feel.

Today, it’s my goal to share the mental, emotional, and physical benefits of exercise with as many people as possible. I’m passionate about sharing my own story, hoping to inspire others.

Many clients come to me not just to reach their physique goals, but with the feeling that I understand what they are going through and have the coaching knowledge and experience to help them achieve every one of their goals, one workout at a time.
