LUCAS WOODS

I played sports growing up and started weight lifting in high school. Soon after, I signed up for more lifting classes and decided it was time for a gym membership. While I started training with my dad and sister as a teenager, the older I got, the more I realized that my time in the gym was more than a physical practice, but a therapy in a way. It helped me to release stress and I could feel both the mental and physical benefits.

As a transgendered person, I have and am continuing to build myself into the person I’ve always wanted to be. Fitness has had a huge impact on me feeling more at home in the body I am in.

Today, I am really interested in sharing the mental, emotional, and physical effects of exercise. I am passionate about sharing my own story and having an inspirational impact on others, who are on their own empowering journey.

Many clients come to me not just to reach their physique goals, but with the feeling that I understand what they are going through and have the coaching knowledge and experience to help them reach every one of their goals.
